This Privacy Policy describes how Lattice101 (“Lattice101,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit lattice101.com, join our waitlist, use our tools, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

• Contact and profile details you submit through our waitlist or forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, profession, and your stated goals or interests.
• Communications you send us, such as questions, feedback, or messages, and our correspondence with you.
• Account information if you become a member, including login credentials and information you add to your account.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Respond to your requests, manage the waitlist, and provide our program and member services.
• Communicate with you about the Services, including by email, phone, and text message, and send you marketing you have not opted out of.
• Measure and understand how the Services are used.
• Advertise and promote our Services, including on social platforms.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our customer-relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.), which stores and manages the contact information you submit so our team can follow up with you. Providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
• Advertising and analytics partners, including social media and advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and web-analytics providers, which may receive certain device and usage data through cookies or similar technologies to measure and deliver advertising. See Section 4.
• Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. This may include advertising tools operated by platforms such as Meta, which can use data collected on our site to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on their platforms. Depending on your location, this use of advertising cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain privacy laws (see Section 8).

You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of certain interest-based advertising through the tools at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com. You may also adjust ad settings directly with platforms such as Meta.

5. Your Marketing Choices

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages, and you can opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your account or requests. To update your preferences, contact us at [email protected].

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

• Right to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt outof the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Where supported, we also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of sharing.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them, but we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC as described above.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
